The framework allows CHIC members to call off a wide range of planned and reactive works across refurbishment, replacement and new build projects.

The framework offers an optional extension of two further 12-month periods. CHIC said the range of suppliers would provide “high-quality, compliant and cost-effective solutions” for its housing association and local authority members.
